At Chuii Muii, every pair is crafted with utmost care and attention, and we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. While we hope you love what you receive, we understand that exchanges may sometimes be necessary.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
As a brand policy, we offer exchanges only; we do not provide returns or refunds.
In cases where an exchange is not preferred or possible, we can issue a store credit that remains valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
All exchange requests must be raised within two days of receiving your order.
An unedited opening or unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Products purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges for international orders are not accepted.
SIZING AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If you are unsure about your size, we encourage you to email us at chuiimuiishop@gmail.com or refer to our size guide before placing your order.
We use standard European sizing to ensure better accuracy.
Pairs can be exchanged only for another size in the same style.
If the required size is unavailable, you may choose another style of similar value.
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

If we are unable to answer immediately, please leave a message, and we will respond promptly.
Once your exchange request is approved, you must ship the product back to us at the address provided.
Use one of the approved carriers: FedEx, Delhivery, First Flight, Professional Courier, DTDC, or Speed Post.
Email us the tracking ID along with the details of the product you would like in exchange.
Shipping cost to return the product must be borne by the customer, while shipping of the replacement pair will be covered by us.
PRODUCT INSPECTION AND APPROVAL
Once the returned pair reaches our facility, it undergoes a thorough inspection by our technical team.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and paperwork intact.
Items showing any signs of wear or damage will not qualify for exchange or store credit.
If approved, the exchange or store credit will be processed within two to three working days.
Chuii Muii reserves the right to accept or decline exchanges based on product condition.
Direct exchanges are not offered; all exchanges are processed only after the returned item is examined and approved.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged product due to transit or shipping issues, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at chuiimuiishop@gmail.com.
Damaged items must be returned to the same address within one week.
Our team will investigate the damage and repair or replace the merchandise as necessary.
Management’s decision regarding damaged or defective products is final and binding.
Note: Small scratches, natural marks, shade differences, and minor irregularities in leather are normal characteristics of handcrafted footwear and do not qualify as defects. Each Chuii Muii pair is handmade, and slight variations are part of the charm of artisanal craftsmanship. Color reproduction may also vary depending on screen settings and the natural qualities of leather.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all destination-country regulations.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the customer. Chuii Muii has no control over such charges.
SHIPPING ADDRESS AND DELIVERY
If you have entered the wrong shipping address or wish to correct it, contact us immediately before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot redirect it.
Each order can be shipped to only one address. For multiple deliveries, place separate orders or contact us for guidance at chuiimuiishop@gmail.com.
Shipments may experience delays during festivals, adverse weather, or unforeseen conditions, but we will always do our best to deliver your order on time.
